Your responsibilities

Fees and payments
Fees are stated in your service agreement before you commit. We do not charge for credit repair services before they are fully performed, where prohibited by law. Initial consultations may be free or paid as stated at booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Late or failed payments may pause services.
Cancellation and refunds
Where required by law, you have the right to cancel a credit-related service agreement within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty. After that, cancellation and refund terms are as written in your service agreement. Work already performed is not refundable unless the agreement or law states otherwise.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, logos, graphics, roadmaps, templates, and blog articles, belongs to CiamArt or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
